FAQ

Common Questions

How fast will I get my media?
Most photography orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. Bundles, video, and larger packages may take 2–4 business days. Exact timing is shown on each package.
How do I prepare the property?
Have the home clean and staged before we arrive — lights on, blinds open, clutter and personal items put away, and pets secured. We do not stage or clean on-site.
Can I add services after booking?
Yes. Add-ons like drone, twilight, floor plans, and virtual staging can be added at checkout, or to an existing order before the shoot.
Where do I find my finished media?
Everything is delivered to your online portal as a download gallery. Photos come as high-resolution JPEGs; video as MP4 download links.
Do you cover my area?
We serve San Diego County and the surrounding areas. Enter the property address during booking to confirm availability.
